摘要数控直流稳压电源装置能实现电压的稳定输出及可调。主要应用于电子器件行 业,稳定的电压输出为高密电子仪器的正常运行提供了必要保障。与传统旋转式电源 相比,通过按钮控制输出端电压,操作更方便,输出也更稳定。83938
本课题主要设计一种简单数控直流稳压可调输出装置。设计模块包括室电转换供 电模块,核控制模块,数模转换模块,稳压放大模块,输出电压显示模块。具体是以 AT89C52 单片机作为控制核心块,单片机 AT89C52 连接数模转换芯片 DAC0832 的数据 输入端 D0-D7,从而改变数模转换芯片 DAC0832 输出端 IOUT1 处的电流,最终通过连 接运算放大器以及稳压放大模块,实现输出电压的可调节性,完成设计内容。最后利 用 Proteus 软件画出电路,再配合 KEIL u Vision 4 编译源程序运行单片机仿真,完 成数控电源的简单设计,达到了输出电压 0-10V 可调,调整步距为 1V 的设计要求。 数控直流电源本身的抗干扰性能较好,直接通过按钮就可实现电压输出自动变化,并 且电压输出值稳定,操作方便。

Abstract Digital controlled dc voltage power source device can get a more stable and constant output。And it is mainly used in the industries of electronics。It provides the guarantee to the running of high density electronic instrument。It can effectively provide adjustable voltage, which works very quickly。So,this device is easy to change circuit voltage output by operating components。
The design is to realize a simple digital controlled dc voltage power source device。 It contains the power supply module, the controlling module ,the voltage regulating module, the conversion analog to digital module, the voltage amplification module,and the last voltage displaying module。This design uses single chip computer called AT89C52 as the main control core block。 And then,the data port of DAC0832 D0-D7 is connected to the port P3 of AT89C52。 The output port IOUT1 current of DAC0832 will change as D0-D7 changes。By connecting two amplifier and voltage amplifier circuit module to DAC0832。The results of numerical control power supply designing meets the requirements。Finally circuit is drawn out through using the software called Proteus , and the power designing system circuit simulation is realized by using software called Keil。The design realized the output voltage within 0 - 10 V,in which two buttons are designed for changing the output voltage by 1V。Digital controlled DC stabilized voltage power source has a well performance in anti-jamming,and the operation process is simple。Most of all,it has the superiority in circuit output precision and stable output。
