毕业设计说明书中文摘要超声波电机(Ultrasonic Motor,USM)是一种不同于传统电机的新型电机,由振动体(定子)和转动体(转子)构成。它利用逆压电效应使定子在超声频率范围内产生振动,并通过弹性体谐振放大和定、转子间摩擦耦合变换成直线或旋转运动。USM具有体积小、低转速、大力矩、无电磁干扰、噪音小、可直接驱动等优点。目前已成功应用于手表、相机、航空航天、精密定位仪等领域,并拥有广阔的发展前景。本文首先对超声波电机做了一个简要的综述,接着研究了中空超声波电机的工作原理,然后利用ANSYS对电机定子进行模态分析和谐响应分析,得到计算频段内各模态及其共振频率,并利用有限元分析结果计算阻频特性。84129

Title Research on the Resistance Frequency___ Characteristic of Hollow Ultrasonic Motor
Abstract The ultrasonic motor(USM)is a new kind of conceptual micro-motor, composed of a vibrating body (stator) and a rotating body (rotor)。It utilizes the converse piezoelectric effect to make the stator vibrate within the ultrasonic frequency range, using elastomer resonance amplification,through a friction coupling between stator and rotor to generate rotating movements or linear motion。 It poses features such as small size, low speed, high torque ,no electromagnetic interference, low noise and direct driving etc。 It has been successfully used in watches, cameras, aerospace, precision positioning and other fields, and has broad prospects for development。 This paper firstly gives a brief overview of the ultrasonic motor。 Secondly, On the basis of studying and mastering the working principle of hollow ultrasonic motor, the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of motor stator by using ANSYS are given in this paper。 It's various modes in frequency band and resonance frequency are also obtained。 The frequency impedance characteristics are calculated using the simulation results of the analysis of the finite element。
