As we all know collective lesson preparation is crucial to primary and secondary school teaching due to its great advantages。 To get a better understanding of its advantages, we should first know its procedures, which include five steps, which includes: assigning task, inpidual preparation, collective discussion, specialist’s reorganization and reflection and modification。 Each teacher has his or her own assignments, they don’t have to prepare the whole books, so collective teaching preparation reduces teachers’ pressures。 In addition, when they are aware of the help from other teachers, they will become less passive in preparing their teaching plans。 Furthermore, collective wisdom has been brought into play by collective discussion。 As the saying goes: two heads are better than one。 So a better and comprehensive teaching plan can be completed by collective wisdom。 Last but not least, collective teaching preparation constantly improves teaching qualities and helps create a more favorable teaching and research environment。

3。2The definition and significance of teachers’ needs

Human behavior is to meet certain needs, the need is the basis of motivation, the driving force of human behavior。 To explain the behavior of mankind, analyze the causes of human motivation, we must understand the needs of people。 But the needs of people are very complex, psychologists have conducted a great deal of research for a long time, but their conclusions vary。 They have different views of needs, therefore, we can see different definitions of needs in our daily life。 There are two kinds of concepts in western psychology。 The first concept attaches importance to its dynamic significance and regards the needs as a force or tension, while the second one gives attention to its non-dynamic meaning, the need is seen as a lack of an inpidual in some aspects。 The former view held by people who consider that the need is a structure that represents the power of the brain, which causes a series of behavioral reactions that relieves the original tense and has a directional purpose。 They also believe that the need of an inpidual is a state of imbalance due to the lack of a physical or psychological factor arising from the surrounding environment, that is, his reaction on the objective conditions that is essential to the continuation and development of his life。 Those who agree with the latter view argue that the nature of the need is a state of mind, a subjective feeling that an inpidual suffers when he is lacking in or deprived of an important, useful, or indispensable thing。 In a word, needs, as a psychological term, refers to certain lack or imbalance within the organism, it shows an inpidual’s dependence on the objective conditions that is conducive to his survival and development, it is the source of active activity of the organism。 After getting a general idea of the definition of needs, it will be easier to know teachers’ needs。 Teachers’ needs refer to the material and spiritual needs of the teachers who perform the duties of education and teaching。 The needs of teachers are the reflection and demand of teachers in the teaching management, such as educational work, educational environment and teaching conditions, living conditions and their continuous improvement and growth of their own。文献综述

Need is a very important personality trait, and is of great significance to people。 It is the motive of people’s various activities, including mental activities, the source of inpidual tendency, as well as an indispensable part of explaining the behavior of people according to the psychological theory。 Fundamentally speaking, the power source of action is need, there is no action that is not caused by a certain need, meanwhile, they all point to the satisfaction of certain needs。 Furthermore, need has an important impact on people's emotions, when people’s needs are not met, they may feel nervous and anxious, which can be found in the form of a strong desire for something, as a result, they will be reduced to negative emotional experiences; oppositely, when people's needs are met, it will lead to a satisfying joy。 If you are rewarded, promoted, praised, loved, trusted… in other words, your needs are met, you will have a happy experience and hold a positive attitude。 Whether the need is satisfied or not also influences people’s motivation of work。 People show positivity and dynamic in the pursuit of need and in the process of satisfying need。 When need is to meet, a high level of enthusiasm for work can be seen; when need is not to be satisfied, a low level of enthusiasm shows up。 So it is safe to say that satisfying the need is an important factor for the mobilization of work。 Because of the significance of needs to people’s work motivation, special attention should be paid on satisfying teachers’ needs when solving problems of educational issues。 As the inheritor and spread people of social culture, teachers have a higher level of aesthetic tendency and inpidual need。 The majority of them cherish lofty ideas and are fully aware of the significance of educational cause to society and inpidual。 They pursue truth, love students and settle for poverty, and what they attach importance to is the spiritual life。 Their needs are different from ordinary people。 Scholars in our country analyze teachers’ needs from the perspective of pedagogy and psychology。 They think need is a reflection of people’s demand of the objective things。 Moreover, it displays dependence on objective conditions because of a lack or imbalance of performance。 As to the author, need is the source of activeness and the psychological basis of motivation。 From the analysis above, we can draw the conclusion that adequate consideration should be given to teachers’ needs when running a school。 Only if teachers’ needs are satisfied, can motivation be promoted and the enthusiasm of teachers be aroused。 中小学集体备课问题的解决基于教师需要角度分析(3):http://www.youerw.com/yingyu/lunwen_201624.html
