Usage of tracking and positioning equipment in production systems Abstract:The project aim is to study the tracking and positioning techniques, and then build a tracking system for production line in PTC (Production Technology Center). Here the project is pided into two main parts and should be continued in 20 weeks. The first 10 weeks are used to search the relevant literature and have a general idea on different techniques. Concerning that there are a large quantity of techniques, several typical techniques such as RFID, QR-Code and Bluetooth etc. are chosen to study. On the second period, in order to build a tracking system, the RFID is integrated with Raspberry Pi, the real-time camera monitoring system is added as well. The whole system will be used by ABB robot in the production line later.38487

摘要:本项目主要着重研究检测和定位技术,随后将在PTC的生产线上建立一个检测系统。项目分为两个主要部分并且在20周内完成。前10周用于搜索相关的文献资料并且对不同的技术有一个大致的了解。考虑到有非常多的技术,几个典型的技术如二文码,蓝牙等将被选考虑。第二个阶段,射频识别技术整合到树莓派来建立一个检测系统,实时视频监控也会被建立。当整个检测系统成功创建之后,会被应用于生产线上的ABB机器人。
