Abstract This thesis is intended to make a study of the similarities and differences between tea and coffee cultures from the aspect of cultural cognition。 It takes tea and coffee as an example to illustrate that they carried with them some cultural connotation。 For the purpose of making it clear that a good knowledge of the differences, tea and coffee enhance the mutual understanding and spread of the two cultures。 This paper also focuses on learning the way the western countries promoted their coffee culture so that we can make more widespread our Chinese tea culture in the world。76032

摘要本文是以文化认知角度研究中西方当前文化的异同，以茶和咖啡作为例子来说明茶与咖啡承载着浓厚的文化内涵。当今社会，喝茶喝咖啡的人越来越多，两种饮品的异同也折射出两种文化的差异和内涵。本文将从多方面对中国茶文化和西方咖啡文化做一比较，让人们更好地了解中西方文化的差异从而有利于这两种文化的相互理解。本文也更加注重学习西方国家对咖啡的文化传播方式，更加有力的宣传中国的茶文化。

1。 Introduction

Do you like drinking tea or coffee? Our China is viewed as the hometown of Tea。 Over years, tea has been so closely associated with Chinese daily lives that tea culture has become an important part of Chinese culture。 As early as the opening of Silk Road, tea was exported to the West。 Actually, westerners have gotten acquainted with Chinese culture since they knew Chinese tea。 Tea has a long history in China and people like drinking it。 In that, tea is good for human’s health according to previous research。 When people drink it, they can think clearly。 Coffee is one of westerner's favorite drinks now。 But an increasing number of young people at work like coffee more for it can make them be in high spirits and focus on their work。 It is as important for westerners as tea for the Chinese。 It takes a very important position in western countries。 To some degree, the differences between tea and coffee are considered as one of various culture differences。 So they can represent particular culture in some degree。 In modern times, Chinese tea culture and western coffee culture have contributed to rapid economy development。 Taking a look at our modern society, we can realize that young people get used to drinking coffee instead of tea。 For coffee is a fast drink and easy to get in a store。 So the simonies lead to many questions for example, drinking coffee too frequently does harm to human’s health。 And from these aspects, we should consider that what we can do to dynamically combine the two different cultures and find a proper way to extending our tea culture。 In my opinion, we should integrate the advantages of Chinese and Western cultures and introduce our traditional Chinese tea culture to the world in order to inherit and develop Chinese tea culture。 Besides, we must strengthen the education of our traditional culture to promote the national spirits。论文网 从文化认知视角浅析茶与咖啡文化差异及其运用:http://www.youerw.com/yingyu/lunwen_87127.html
