Abstract With the blossom of global business activities, Business English is baked into the trend of the world。 Business English Linguistics thus remains to be a momentous part in such trend。 Although the concept has been put forward, we are completely in the dark about the subject construction of BEL。 Based on the introduction of Business English and relative study on Business English Linguistics, this thesis aims at discussing the possibility of making BEL a subject from four aspects: The definition of BEL, the development prospects of BEL, the importance of Business English in global trade and the theoretical basis of the BEL subject construction。 The theoretical framework of BEL is also the focal point and is deep analyzed in this paper。 76727

1。 Introduction 

Business English Linguistics (thereafter BEL) is an important branch of English Linguistics。 The study of BEL can enhance one’s ability of comprehension and innovation, especially for those Business English learners。 论文网

By the 21st, Linguistics has become more refined and specialized with the rapid growth of special linguistic。 Business English Linguistics hereby comes into birth。 In May 2004, the first Business English Language seminar was held in Beijing, China; the conference theme was changed from Business English to Business Linguistics, which marks that the attribute of Business subject has become more clarified。 With the further study of BEL, the subject construction is practical。 Business English as an interdiscipline mainly studies the Concrete Applied Linguistics, which needs to be guided by BEL。 However, BEL is more specified because it focuses on applied language in Business area while the concrete applied linguistics pays more attention to general applied language (Huang Qionghui, 2016)。  As Business English learners, it is of both theoretical and practical significance。 BEL is a newborn concept which derived from Foreign Linguistics。 Its theory is still in initial stage。 The investigation of modern linguistics has been more and more profound, and so be the theoretical application。 Researching language from multiple angles and various directions is an irresistible trend of modern linguistics development。 When a linguistician looks at the language from a new angle, he/she is likely to produce new ideas and generate fresh opinions, thus constructing a new subject (Lin Tianhu, 2014)。 In order to keep pace with the new trend and situation of global business development, the second National Business English linguistics Seminar was held from September 18 to 20 in 2015 at the School of Foreign Language, Ocean University of China。 Meanwhile, it explores a way for Chinese enterprise to go out of china, consolidating the subject theory of Business English and International business language and culture, promoting higher education to cultivate qualified talents。 Besides, the subject construction of BEL was also included in the meeting content。 Thus it can be seen that BEL recently has drawn a wide range of concerns。 However, it is not that easy to make a present theory a subject。 Thus, it is worth gathering the relative information to make the assumption a possible one。 文献综述 商务英语语言学的学科构建及学理基础:http://www.youerw.com/yingyu/lunwen_88055.html
