摘要目的对该社区现有的服务项目做满意度评价，为该社区改善当前服务提供依据；此外了解 乌镇某提供居家养老服务社区的居民对居家养老服务中的项目的需求和影响因素，为社区居 家养老服务项目的完善及发展提供参考依据。方法 选取在乌镇某个提供居家养老服务的社 区长期居住的老人为研究对象，共 214 为老年人，问卷的填写采用代填式，使用 Epidata3。1 建立数据库，并用 spss21。0 进行数据分析。结果 各类型服务项目中，健康服务中，健康 管理师评价满意的比率为 57。7%，在该类型服务中满意度评级最高；健康讲座最低，为 22。6%； 家政服务中，整理卫生服务评价满意度评价最高，为比率为 33。6%；陪同看病服务满意度评 价最低，为 19。2%；文化娱乐服务中，棋牌室活动评价满意度评价最高，为 58。2%；图书阅 览评价满意评价最低，为 17。8%。是否接受健康服务的影响因素是年收入；是否接受家政服 务的影响因素为学历；是否接受文化娱乐服务的影响因素是性别、学历、月医疗费支出。结 论 现有的服务项目中应着重提高健康讲座服务、陪同看病服务和图书阅览服务的服务质 量；在给老年人提供个性化的服务方式时，应该考虑年龄、学历、性别、月医疗费用支出以及身体自理情况。88614
