摘要目的 了解2016年浙江省学校卫生工作的监督情况，找出检查结果中不足的项目，分析其影响因素及原因，为学校卫生监督工作更好的展开提供建议。方法 运用文献分析法找出浙江省学校卫生监督的重点，将2015、2016两年检查结果进行卡方比较，发现监督重点中不足的项目，再进行卡方分析，将有关联的变量作为因变量纳入Logistics回归模型，探究学校类别、学校办学性质、学校所在地区与检查结果的关系。结果 47个检查项目中，45个检查项目合格率有提高，32个检查项目合格率提高存在显著性意义。监督人时数和学校办学性质、所在地区、类别对各项监督检查结果各有不同影响。结论 2016年监督检查结果相比于2015年有所提高，但仍存在一些问题需要进一步改善。88591
Abstract To understand the supervision status of school health work in Zhejiang province 2016, find out the lack project in the result, analyse its’ influence factors and the reasons, provide suggestions for school health supervision to work better。 Methods To find out the key point of school health supervision of Zhejiang province by literature analysis method, compare the results between the inspection of 2015 and 2016 years by chi square, find inadequate items in the oversight focus, then do Chi square analysis again, the associated variables were used as dependent variables into the Logistics regression model, explore the relationship among the school type, the nature of the school, the region of the school and the results of the inspection results。 Results In 47 inspection project results , 45 results is improved，32 inspection results are significant difference。 Supervision time、school types、Nature of school education、School district have different impacts to inspection results。 Conclusion。 In total, 2016 school health supervision inspection result has large improvement than 2015。 But there are still some problems that need to be further improved。
