新型农村合作医疗制度调查

摘要：自我国部分地区开始实行新农村合作医疗试点，中国的这一医疗保险制度便引起了社会各界广泛讨论。究其原因，主要是新农村医疗合作制度与中国几亿农民的健康保障和个人利益紧密相连，同时这一制度也是我国社会保险不可分割的一部分。政府着力改善农民“看病难和看病贵”问题，从各个角度出发旨在不断完善这项政策，然而即使政府竭尽所能，不断加大对新农合政策的投入力度，该项政策不管是其本身还是在实施过程中，依然透露出了着诸多问题。本文就是通过实地走访调查农村居民，采用问卷、座谈、查阅文献等方式，对于新农合存在的某些问题展开深入的讨论和研究，对该制度今后的发展提出个人建议。并且希望该建议能够在我国新农合制度建设和实施方面有所裨益。

Investigation on New Rural Medical Cooperation System

Abstract：Part of China began to implement the new rural cooperative medical pilot, China's medical insurance system has aroused extensive discussion of the community. The main reason is that the new rural medical cooperation system is closely linked with the health protection and personal interests of hundreds of millions of Chinese farmers, and this system is also an inseparable part of China's social insurance. The Government has made efforts to improve the problem of "difficult medical treatment and medical treatment". It is aimed at constantly improving this policy from various angles. However, even if the Government can do everything possible, it will continue to increase its investment in the new rural cooperative medical policy. Itself or in the implementation process, still revealed a lot of problems. This article is through the field visits to investigate the rural residents, the use of questionnaires, seminars, access to literature, etc., for the existence of some problems in the new rural in-depth discussion and research, the future development of the system made personal recommendations. And hope that the proposal can be in China's new rural cooperative medical system construction and implementation of the benefit.
