摘要：近几年，我国的老年人口数量不断增加，如何解决老年人的养老问题也成为了新时代背景下的一个重大问题。长期护理险的出现是为了能够保障老年人的生活与权益，长期护理险制度不仅仅可以填补我国社会保障体系的一个空白，解决老年人的护理问题，还能为老年人的老年生活提供保障，同时减轻成年人的赡养压力。我国的长期护理保险起步比较晚，与发达国家相比还不成熟，仍处于萌芽阶段。本文将在发达国家长期护理险的经验分析的基础上结合笔者自己的调研,着重在“长期护理险的可行性”、“国外长期护理保险对我国的启示”、“我国实行长期护理保险可行性设想”三个方面进行阐述。从以上三方面研究得出结论:首先，我国对于长期护理保险的需要十分迫切；其次，我国必须发展基于我国国情的长期护理保险体系；最后，在探索长期护理保险的过程中可借助国外的经验及启示。80382
