摘要:故障录波器是电力系统进行状态分析的重要设备之一。依据故障录波器记录下来的数据,分析电力系统正常及故障状态下的运行规律,对工作人员进行预防、处理故障等有非常重要的意义。
本论文首先介绍了故障录波器的功能和发展现状,分析了现有录波器的一些缺点。针对采集变电所二次侧直流电源故障信号的需要,提出一种高速采集故障信号的故障录波器方案。在明确故障录波器基本要求的基础之上,采用分层的思想方法上设计了故障录波器的总体方案:本文的高速数据采集装置采用TI公司的TMS320VC5509作为控制器,充分利用其高速运算和强大的数据处理能力,并采用模块化的思想,提出了模拟信号调理隔离电路、DSP与 A/D 转换器的硬件接口电路、DSP 与数据存储器的接口电路、DSP 电源电路、通信接口电路的设计方案。55430

Abstract:The fault recorder is one of important equipments which provide data to analyze lots of power system states. It has very important value for workers to analyze the system condition under the normal and fault states and treat faults according to the data gathered by the fault recorder.
Firstly, this paper presents the functions and developing status of fault recorder,then analysis disadvantages and developing trend of recorders . Because of the need of gathering the fault signal on DC power supply at the transformer’s substation side, a fault recorder that is used to gather the fault signal is designed highly.First, the blue print is designed using the thinking of muti-hierarchy which means that there is a data acquisition equipment at the bottom. The top and the bottom communicate in serial model. This system uses TMS320VC5509 of the TI company as the controller of the data acquisition equipment. Related hardware is devised based on its high speed of computing and strong ability of the data processing, and is designed by the thinking of modularization.Put forward design schemies of the analog signal isolating circuit, DSP and A/D converter interface circuit, DSP and data storage interface circuit,power supply circuit, communication interface circuit.
