摘 要随着科学技术的飞速发展,PLC 技术的快速发展,自动化行业发展越来越迅速,利用 PLC 技术来实现自动控制具有重要意义。同时,我国方舱也逐渐被应用于各个行业,方舱的使用也受到有关方面的重视,今后有着广阔的发展前景,所以能够利用PLC 自动控制方舱内部环境具有积极的现实意义。 本课题设计的方舱测控系统提供了一些控制方法,从而能够保证方舱内部环境的稳定和实现内部环境的自动监测。本论文介绍的是利用 PLC 和触摸屏来自动控制和监测通用方舱内部环境,在此测控系统中,PLC 作为控制单元,通过编写PLC 程序来实时监测通用方舱内部环境,比如温度湿度等。同时还可以对方舱内部的空调等设备进行控制,将监测得来的环境参数以及设备运行状态显示在人机界面中, 如果设备运行不正常或者方舱环境出现异常则发出告警, 操作人员可及时处理异常情况, 保证通用方舱内部环境的稳定和安全。另外方舱可实现扩展和撤收的功能,撤收时为 1舱,可扩展为 2舱。58598

The subject of the shelter design measurement and control system provides anumber of control methods, which can guarantee the automatic monitoring of the shelterstable internal environment and internal environment.This paper describes the use of PLC and touch screen to automatically control andmonitor common shelter internal environment, in this monitoring and control system, PLCas a control unit, by writing the PLC program to the real-time monitoring of commonshelter the internal environment, such as temperature and humidity. While the other cabininterior air conditioning device also controls the monitoring of environmental parametersand to get device status display in the display if the device is not working properly or theshelter environment exception is an alarm, the operator can promptly deal with unusualcircumstances, guarantee universal shelter internal environment stability and security.Additionally shelter can implement extensions and features dismantling of 1 cabin whendismantling, expandable to 2 cabins.
