摘要可编程序控制器(PLC)技术是我们电气专业学生必须掌握的一项技能。它在各个领域都有所涉及,得到了迅速推广普及,尤其是在电气技术,自动控制,应用电子等领域。本次毕业设计就是以闭环调速系统为主要的研究方向,其中主要使用设备为PLC,设计目的是使两者能够稳定合作,实现控制研究双实现。闭环系统相对于开环系统是多了将控制反馈到它的输入端,并且与其输入相比较的过程,其中存在着被控制量经反馈调节至比较点的反馈通道。在此次设计中我还用了变频器作为辅助器件对电机组进行调速,对其电压频率进行调节,在转差率基本不变的基础上达到机械特性基本平行的目的。76909
完成此次设计总体思路是根据可编程控制器的内部编程实现对变频器的操纵,具体讲就是编程调频,进而将改变频率的电压(由变频器提供)供给异步电机,随后通过编码器采集电机转速,反馈给可编程控制器,最终实现对电动机的闭环调速控制。最后能够通过触摸屏直观表达出来。

Programmable Logic Controller Control System Design in the Closed-loop Speed Control System
Abstract Programmable logic controller (PLC) technology is our electrical professional students must master a skill。 It has been involved in various fields, has been rapidly popularized, especially in the field of electrical technology, automatic control, applied electronics, etc。。 The graduation project is to close loop speed control system as the main research direction, the main use of equipment for the PLC, the design purpose is to make the two can work together to achieve the control of dual implementation。 The closed loop system is much more than the open loop system to control feedback to its input, and the process of comparison with its input, which is controlled by the amount of feedback to the comparison point of the feedback channel。 In this design I used inverter as auxiliary devices for electrical machinery speed, the voltage and frequency adjusted at slip is essentially the same base to achieve purpose of basic characteristics of parallel machine。
The overall idea of the design is it can realize operation of the inverter according to the programming controller internal programming, specifically, is the programming FM, and will change the frequency of the voltage (provided by the speed controller) supply asynchronous motor, then through the encoder acquisition speed, feedback to the programmable controller, and ultimately the closed-loop speed control of motor control。 In the end, it can be expressed directly by touch screen。
