摘要船舶建造的过程是一项非常复杂的加工装配过程。船舶平面分段生产流水线是船舶建造中首要的生产线。而船舶平面分段制造是在船舶平面车间中进行。船舶平面车间是造船公司的一个必不可少的工作车间。船舶平面分段也是船体的非常重要的组成部分,平面车间的布局与平面分段的建造技术对提高船舶生产效率有着非常重大的影响。
本文以船舶平面车间作业中的平面分段流水线为研究对象,选用Plant-simulation软件进行模拟仿真研究分析,仿真模拟出船舶平面车间生产流水线的生产流程,在计算机上模拟出船舶平面车间分段作业的流程和布局图,主要是以下工作。80610
首先,分析船舶平面车间的生产模式和流程,对某家船厂的船舶平面车间作业流程和布局进行调研。分析平面分段生产制造特点,以及国内外现状及其存在问题。利用Plant-simulation软件创建出船厂平面分段车间平面分段流水线的仿真模型,对作业流程与生产布局进行模拟演示。
其次,针对平面车间分段加工生产制造特点,分析出可能的影响生产效率的因素。并通过Plant-simulation软件进行模拟优化调整研究,比较研究结果,剖析作业流程及布局的改变对平面分段生产效率的影响。将影响因素调整至比较优值,整理归纳概括分析出能够有效地减少生产时间和改善提高生产效率的方法。
最后,利用仿真软件优化分段建造流程与布局的模型,得到最优化值,降低作业计划完成总时间,提高资源利用率,得出研究结论。
