空心螺柱焊枪及电气控制系统研制

摘要由于现代工业中，空心螺柱的使用越来越普遍，但是现今空心螺柱的焊接技术还不是很成熟。

空心螺柱的而焊接不同于实心螺柱，在进行焊接时，不能通过尖端气化产生电弧。本文通过分析现有的实心螺柱焊枪，根据磁场对螺柱电弧的作用原理，在焊枪的底部加上旋弧电磁线圈，使得在焊接时，空心螺柱产生的电弧能够进行有规律的旋转，熔化均匀，达到良好的焊接效果。87873

本文对焊枪的重要零部件进行了改进创新，提出了适用于机器人空心螺柱焊接的装置。采用改进后的焊枪进行焊接工艺试验，试验结果表明在空心螺柱焊中，加入旋弧电磁线圈装置是非常必要的，能使空心螺柱焊接质量得到极大的提高。
