摘要:高氮钢由于其性价比高,实用性强的特点,越来越被工业生产所青睐,因此研究高氮钢在热处理工艺生产中的微观组织变化特点,对提高高氮钢的使用寿命以及性能有莫大的好处,而且对工业发展十分有利。

国内外的发展而言,由于含氮量高的合金不锈钢性能良好、生产流程及其工艺复杂,生产进程中需要比较大的压力,当前只有欧美为数不多的几个国家的工业企业具备了生产高氮钢的能力和工艺,我国的高氮钢研究目前还处于最基础阶段,未来还有很长的路要走。

通过进行硬度测试分析、显微金相组织分析,拉曼光谱分析分析等分析手段,对不同热处理工艺条件下高氮钢进行分析,得到结论如下:固溶处理后高氮钢呈单相奥氏体组织,奥氏体内部存在孪晶,在晶界处没有析出相;在900℃保温后,晶界析出物随着保温时间的增加而增加,晶粒发生部分再结晶;900℃保温1h后高氮钢的硬度最高,弹性模量最大,且耐腐蚀性最高,钝化膜呈p-n型结构,表明其为双层结构;热处理工艺对高氮钢表面的钝化膜结构没有显著影响。

Abstract:Because of its high cost performance and high practicability, high nitrogen steel is more and more favored by industrial production. Therefore, the microstructure of high nitrogen steel in the heat treatment process is studied, and the service life and performance of high nitrogen steel are improved. Great benefits, but also very beneficial to industrial development.

On the development of domestic and foreign, due to high nitrogen content of alloy stainless steel performance is good, the production process and its complex process, the production process requires relatively large pressure, the current only Europe and the United States a few countries with several industrial enterprises Production of  high nitrogen steel capacity and technology, China's high nitrogen steel research is still in the most basic stage, the future there is still a long way to go.

The analysis of high nitrogen steel under different heat treatment conditions was carried out by the analysis of hardness, micro-microstructure and Raman spectroscopy. The results  showed  that  the  high  nitrogen  steel  was  single  phase  austenite  after   solution

treatment, and there were twin crystals in the austenite, and no precipitation phase exists at grain boundary;After precipitation at 900 ℃, the grain boundary precipitates increased with the increase of the holding time, and the grains were partially recrystallized;After precipitation at 900 ℃ for one hour, After annealing at 900 ℃ for 1h, the high nitrogen steel  with  highest  hardness,  elastic  modulus,  and  highest  corrosion  resistance,  and the

passivation film showed p-n type structure, indicating that it was double layer structure; the heat treatment process had no significant effect on the passive film structure of the surface of high nitrogen steel.
