摘要:本课题主要研究的是热处理对轧制过后的多层钛基复合材料的组织结构和力学性能的影响。实验中采用了对不同体积分数的(TiC+TiB)增强的多层钛基复合材料,进行了不同的轧制处理,然后进行了不同温度的热处理实验,研究轧制变形量、温度、增强体体积分数对多层钛基复合材料的组织及性能的影响。热处理后,通过扫描电子显微镜对其进行组织观察,通过数显维氏硬度计对其进行硬度测试。分析比较不同热处理后的组织和硬度变化趋势,得出了以下结论:轧制处理后,材料的相没有发生变化,仍为原始的α-Ti、β-Ti以及(TiC+TiB)增强体,轧制可以提高材料的性能;适当的轧制变形量不影响原本的多层组织,但超过一定值后会失去原本的多层组织,热轧中再结晶成等轴状基体;轧制后不同热处理对材料影响不同,低温退火时组织不变,高温淬火后基体转变为板条状α相,增强体呈针状和颗粒状两种,两者都起到了强化材料的作用;不同增强体体积分数对材料也有影响,增强体体积分数越高,复合材料的硬度值越高。

Abstract:The main research is the effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the multilayer titanium matrix composites after rolling. In the experiment, titanium matrix composites with different volume fraction (TiC + TiB) reinforced body were used.,after the different rolling treatments, and then carried out a different temperature of the heat treatment experiments. The effects of rolling thickness, temperature and volume fraction of the composites on the microstructure and properties of the composites were studied. After heat treatment, the microstructures were observed by scanning electron microscopy, and the hardness was tested by a digital Vickers durometer. Analysis of the observed hardness of the tissue and the test, the following conclusions were drawn: After rolling, the phase of the material does not change, the original α-Ti, β-Ti and (TiC + TiB) reinforcement, rolling can improve the performance of the material; appropriate rolling deformation does not affect the original multi- layer structure, but After a certain value will lose the original multi-layer structure, hot rolling and then into the equiaxed matrix; after rolling different heat treatment on the different materials, low temperature annealing tissue unchanged, after high temperature quenching matrix into a strip-like α Phase, reinforced body was needle-like and granular two, the first two have played a role in strengthening the material; The volume fraction of different reinforcements also has an effect on the material, and the higher the volume fraction of the composites, the higher the hardness of the composites.
