摘要：中国古代法律教育，起源于公布成文法的春秋战国，因私学的兴盛而起，经历了秦代、汉代、魏晋南北朝、隋、唐、宋、元、明到清朝。由于与其他国家不同的政治、经济、文化背景，中国古代法律教育在“德主刑辅”的儒家思想的独特影响下不断完善，从而在目的、内容等方面都有着独树一帜的特色，对古代法律教育的传承和近代法律教育的产生及发展都有重要影响，对现代法律教育也有积极的启示。92294
