摘要：当今大学生就业困难已经成为全社会高度关注的社会问题。导致当今大学生就业困难的原因是：高校扩招数量显著，但质量却不尽人意，培养目标与专业设置不甚合理，就业指导不足；大学生就业观念偏差，综合素质不高；我国经济的高速增长并没有带来相应的就业增长,产业结构不合理等。解决对策是：高校针对自身存在的不足做出改革，转变办学理念，改革培养目标，调整专业设置，提高就业指导；大学生转变就业观念，提高自身素质；政府转变经济发展方式，建立大学生就业信息服务平台；用人单位转变用人理念，承担职前培训的社会责任。9649

Thinking about Today's College Students Employment Problem
Abstract:Employment difficulties of college students has become a social problem of great concern of the whole society. The cause of today's college students employment difficulty is: college enrollment numbers significantly, but the quality is unsatisfactory, and professional training goal setting is not reasonable, lack of career guidance; employment concept college deviation, the overall quality is not high; rapid growth of China's economy did not bring a corresponding employment growth, irrational industrial structure. Solutions are: universities should be made for their own shortcomings radical reform, changes in educational philosophy, reform and training objectives, adjust the professional setting, improving career guidance; college students should change their concept of employment, improve their quality; government transformation of economic growth mode, build students' employment information service platform; employer should change the concept of employment, undertake pre-employment training for social responsibility.

关于当今大学生就业问题的思考
近年来，随着高等院校招生规模不断扩大，劳动力的质量和数量都不断激增，导致大学生毕业后面临着不同程度的就业困难。大学生就业困难已经是万众瞩目的社会问题。对于很多大学生来说，毕业已是失业的代名词。当今大学生就业困难问题找到原因是远远不够的，需要多文深层次的思考，进而找到解决问题的对策。解决当今大学生就业困难问题，关系到数百万大学生人生价值的实现，关系到科教兴国，人才强国战略的实施，更关系到社会的稳定以及和谐社会的构建。因此，解决大学生就业问题需要全社会的共同努力。本文对大学生就业问题进行了一番思考，以就教于同仁。
