摘要全球经济一体化趋势加快，导致市场需求呈现复杂多变的态势，所需产品品种多，质量要求高，产品生命周期普遍偏短。生产型企业为满足客户需求，必须快速制造出多品种、小批量的产品，许多企业选择立足于敏捷制造，以供应链的协同管理方式来控制优化成本，提升企业自身竞争力。本文立足于当今市场的激烈竞争环境，思考生产型企业生存发展的出路，引入敏捷制造的先进技术理念，综合分析供应链管理的理论基础，谋求两者的有效结合。然后以卡威公司为例，通过了解卡威公司的供应链现状，以供应链协同管理为最终目标，着重分析了其在供应商选择、供应链各节点企业信息共享和生产供应流程中的缺陷。之后采用层次分析法重新设置供应商选择各影响因素的比重并对供应商重新评分；以信息协同为目的构建供应链信息交流平台；优化供应链的配送流程，使供应链各节点能够协同管理高效运作。86368

The research of supply chain management based on agile manufacturing 

Abstract Due to the fast speed of the global economy integration trend, the market demand becomes more and more complicated and changeable 。We need a variety of products with high quality generally and a shorter product life cycle。 To meet the demands of customers, production-oriented enterprises must create many varieties and small batch of products quickly。 Many enterprises  base on agile manufacturing。 They control the optimization of the cost in the way of supply chain collaborative management to improve the competitiveness of them。 This paper bases on the current market environment of fierce competition 。This paper consider production-oriented enterprises survival and development of it and introduce advanced technology concept of agile manufacturing 。Then, it analyze the comprehensive and theoretical basis of supply chain management。 At last, this paper seek for the effective combination of both。 Then take the case of kw company。 Firstly, this paper understand the current situation of kw’s supply chain management。 Secondly, this paper goals at supply chain collaborative management。 Thirdly, this paper focuses on the analysis of the choice of suppliers, the information sharing of suppliers and the process of production and supply deficiency。 Then, this paper seeks for the weakness of them。 According to the weaknesses, this paper uses analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to set the proportion of various influencing factors of supplier selection and score supplies。 This paper creates the supply chain information communication platform。 This paper optimizes supply chain distribution process and makes the supply chain each node operate efficiently with the help of cooperative management。
