摘要本文通过对智联招聘网站上企业对人力资源经理岗位投放的招聘广告进行截屏筛选,统计分析,同时基于对大量文献的总结归纳,对江苏地区互联网行业中人力资源经理的岗位职责与任职资质之间的关系进行实证研究。研究结果发现人力资源经理岗位的岗位职责与任职资质要求在不同规模,不同性质的企业中分别具有很大的差异性。基于研究结果,本毕业论文提出了培养合格的企业人力资源经理的几条对策,分别是明确发展方向,做好职业发展规划;重视个人修养,加强专业技能学习;通过有针对性培训,提高个人竞争力。所提对策可以作为以后企业对人力资源经理的招聘与选拔,培训与开发,绩效评估与综合素质测评,薪酬管理以及员工职业生涯管理等工作的参考依据。19225

Title Empirical research on the human resources manager responsibilities and qualification
Abstract

The results showed that job responsibilities and qualifications of human resources, office manager job requirements in different sizes, different types of enterprises, respectively, have great differences. Based on the findings, we propose to train qualified human resource managers of several measures, namely a clear direction, good career development planning; importance of inpidual accomplishment, enhance the professional skills of learning; through targeted training to improve their competitiveness . Measures referred to as the future of corporate human resources manager for recruitment and selection, training and development, performance evaluation and comprehensive quality assessment, compensation management and employee career management work of reference.
