摘要精益生产方式综合了单件生产与大批量生产的优点，符合当前以多样化和个性化为主导趋势的市场需求，因此我国的制造企业纷纷效仿，开始在企业内部导入精益管理项目。本文阐述了精益生产理念，介绍了精益生产管理及生产流程优化的相关理论知识，重点以华燕船舶装备公司为案例，以精益思想结合实际生产，应用数据分析和精益工具的研究方法，从而发现保温服车间存在的问题，找到生产流程中存在的主要问题，如生产布局问题，加工流程的问题，生产线平衡的问题等。应运精益思想和精益方法对现有的生产管理体系，布局，流程，提出新的设计和改善方法进行优化，并总结了实施改善方法后取得成果。86779

Research on production process optimization of Huayan Marine equipment company based on lean production

Abstract Lean production mode combines the advantages of simplex production and volume production。 It conforms to current main trends, which is the persification and inpiduation of market demand。 Therefore, China’s manufacturing enterprises imitate one after another, beginning to introduce lean management into internal enterprises。 This paper analyzes the concept of lean production, the management of lean production and the optimization of production process and some related theories knowledge。 Taking Huayan Marine equipment company as a main case, combining lean thinking with actual production, application data analysis and lean tools research methods, to found the existing problems of immersion suits workshops, to found the mainly existing problems in production process, such as layout problems, process problems, production line balancing problems and so on。 Applying lean thinking and lean methods to existing production management system, layout and process, to put forward a new approach of design and improve optimization, to sum up achievements of improved implement methods。
