摘要：微信作为当下热门的社交平台，与以前的网络政治参与途径相比，其作用已远远超越了其他社交平台，成为当下网民参与政治事务的首选。基于微信的网络政治参与是指微信用户通过微信对参与公共事务的整个过程。通过调查研究，现阶段微信政治参与存在的缺陷主要有：参与主体构代表性不足、微信政治参与的主客体在参与过程中缺乏有效互动且参与结果的反馈效率较低、微信网络政治参与的环境还有待改善。鉴于这些问题，在进一步改善微信政治参与的过程中，应该从以下几个方面着手：完一是拓展参与主体的年龄层，让各个年龄层的人都能通过微信进行政治参与，增加微信政治的参与代表性;二是进一步促进微信政治参与主体与客体之间的互动，提高微信政治参与的效率；三是注重微信政治参与的结果反馈，让微信政治参与被认可；四要建立健全有关微信政治参与的法律法规，让微信政治参与有法可依；五要大力培育网络政治文化，外部的文化对微信政治参与也起到很大作用。

Analysis on the defects and improvement of network political participation based on WeChat
Abstract：Wechathas already surpassed many other Internet approaches, turning into one of the most welcomed choices nowadays.Its influence has greatly surpassed some other approaches of Internet political participation.Wechat-based political participation means that normal netizens,opinion leaders and the political communities are involved in the legal Wechat-based political participation because of their own interests, social hotspots and political appeals. Wechat political participation also owns some disadvantages like:the subject is lacking of representativeness. The subject and object of Wechat participation are short of interactivity as well as itsefficiency of feedback is not so satisfactory.And the environment of Wechat-based participation is far from well cultivated. Hence, we should promote a healthy Wechat-based political participation via widening the representativeness of Wechat users, strengthening the interactivity between the subject and object of Wechat participation and increasing the efficiency of participation feedbacks. Moreover, we should better the participation law system for the Internet supervision. And fostering amature Internet political culture should also be taken into consideration.
