摘要：食品行业是国民经济的基础产业，研究食品供应链不仅仅能够将社会资源合理化，还能够将食品行业供应链管理优化。本文介绍了食品供应链体系的相关概念，分析了食品行业供应链系统运作现状及流程，并以上海海融食品科技股份有限公司为例分析了其实施案例，希望通过此次研究总结食品供应链体系的实施情况，能够给出相关的策略与建议，供相关人员进行参考。

Research on the implementation of supply chain system in food industry

Abstract: food is the basic industry of national economy, and the study of food supply chain can not only rationalize social resources, but also optimize the supply chain management of food industry.This paper introduces the related concepts of food supply chain system, analysis the present situation of the food industry supply chain system operations and processes, and in Shanghai HaiRong food science and technology co., LTD., for example analyses the implementation of the case, hope that through this study summarizes the situation of the implementation of the food supply chain system, gives relevant strategies and Suggestions, provide the reference for the related personnel.
