摘要目的：探究大学生焦虑和未来时间洞察力两者之间的关系。方法：采用“一般未来时间洞察力问卷”和“焦虑自评量表（SAS）”对395 名高校大学生进行问卷调查。结果:（1）被调查的大学生被试们的焦虑水平要高于全国常模。（2）大多数被调查的大学生被试们的目的意识较弱，未来效能较强，他们对于自己的未来缺乏自信，并对自己的未来没有太多的乐观，但他们主动关注自己未来的发展，对于自己的未来有比较清晰的认识和定位，有主动去创造自己未来的倾向。（3）大学生的未来时间洞察力在性格和年级这两个因素上无显著相关；大学生的未来时间洞察力与其生源地、系科、专业等级三个因素显著相关。大学生的焦虑情绪与其生源地不显著相关，大学生的焦虑情绪在性别、年级、系科、专业等级上呈现显著相关。（4）理科生的未来时间洞察力要高于文科生；专业等级高的大学生的未来时间洞察力越强；理科生的焦虑水平低于艺体生和文科生；大一、大二、大三的焦虑水平都要高于大四；专业等级低的学生焦虑水平要更高。（5）回归分析得出R 为0.206，所得的回归方程具有一定的预测效力。41448

The relationship between anxiety and future time perspective of College Students
Abstract
Objective: To explore the relationship between anxiety and future time perspective of college students. Methods: a questionnaire survey was conducted among 395 college students by "general future time insight power meter" and "self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS)". Results: (1) the anxiety level of college students was higher than that of Chinese norm. (3) the future time perspective of college students is not significantly related to the two factors of personality and grade; the future time perspective of college students is significantly related to the three factors of the students, department and professional level. College Students' anxiety is not significantly related to the students' source of anxiety. The anxiety of college students is significantly related to gender, grade, department and professional level. (4) science students of the future time perspective to higher than the students of liberal arts; high level of professional students of the future time perspective was stronger; the anxiety level of students of science than arts students and liberal arts students; anxiety level of freshman, sophomore, junior should be higher than the big four; low level of professional students' anxiety level to higher. (5) regression analysis showed that R square is 0.206. The obtained regression equations with certain prediction effect, regression analysis shows that students' future time perspective was stronger, his anxiety performance will be lower.
