摘要多元视角下的社会工作模式具有多重涵义，有基于文化和制度的，有基于理论的，有基于社会工作方法的，还有基于地区和实务的社会工作模式。本文基于中国社会工作者的实务经验，在理论视角下建立需要为本的社会工作模式，并讨论中国本土社会工作模式的基本涵义，以人的需要为本是本土社会工作模式建立的核心。界定服务对象的需要类型和需要内容，评估他们的需要是社会工作实务开展的基础，满足服务对象的需要是制定社会工作实务方案的目标。需要为本的社会工作模式必须嵌入中国的社会制度体系中，嵌入中国适度普惠型社会福利制度中，嵌入中国社会政策发展中。关键词 多元视角 需求 社会工作方法本土化 实践9034

Abstract
Multiple perspectives of the social work model has multiple meanings, based on the culture and system, based on the theory, based on social work methods, as well as regional and practice-based social work mode. Based on practical experience of social workers, under the theoretical perspective-based social work model, and discuss the basic meaning of the local social work model, oriented to the needs of people is the core of the local social work model building. The need to define the needs of the target type and the need for content, assess their needs is the basis of social work practice to carry out to meet the service object is to develop the objectives of the program of social work practice. Need-based social work model must be embedded in China's social system, embedded in the the moderate Pratt & Whitney social welfare system, embedded in the development of China's social policy.
