丹徒区1:500地籍调查技术方案设计

摘要为了配合全国第二次土地调查并了解江苏省镇江市丹徒区内的土地利用情况，顺利完成其1：500地籍调查的测绘项目，从而展开本次的地籍调查设计。目的只要调查清楚区内每一宗地的面积、用途、界线、权属问题等，并把相关结果制成地籍图，为以后进行土地登记、土地估价、管理和利用土地提高相关资料和数据。本文主要阐述了地籍调查的内容和地籍测量的相关方案设计和最后的精度评定。也用相关软件得出宗地图草图和最后的地籍图，最后再用电脑对最后的结果进行编号。72342

The Land Survey Technology Design of 1:500 Dantu District

Abstract To coincide with the national second land investigation and understanding of zhenjiang city, jiangsu province dantu district land use situation, successfully completed the 1:500 cadastral survey of surveying and mapping project, thus the design of cadastral survey。Purpose of investigation for as long as the clear zone with each area, purpose, boundary, the ownership issue, etc。, and make the results into the cadastral map, for later for land registration, land appraisal, management and use of land to improve relevant information and data。This article mainly discussed the content of the cadastral survey and cadastral survey of related design and finally the accuracy of evaluation。Also use related software to draw sketch map and the cadastral map, and then on the final result of Numbers with a computer。

1。1 研究背景

土地是我们赖以生存的家园，是我们人类进行各种劳动过程的基础。我们不能失去土地，所以我们需要对它进行适当的管理调查和保护。地籍调查是国家出于某些目的，对土地的位置、面积、数量、权属、用途等相关信息进行调查并编辑成簿册。目前国内群众法律意识淡薄，不懂得怎样维护自己的权益，这导致了很多对群众不利的现象产生。各种的土地纠纷也源源不断产生，这对社会造成了很大的影响，各层人士对土地的重要性的认识也严重短缺，胡乱占用土地和开发土地也屡禁不止。国家通过地籍调查及相关地籍测量工作来减少此类的现象产生，让我们的生活中有据可依，让土地管理更加的方便有效。论文网丹徒区1:500地籍调查技术方案设计:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_82297.html
