摘要通过分析和田河流域水资源利用现状及存在的问题,我认为流域水资源已经严重超载,应该及时进行流域综合治理。针对流域面临严重的水资源和生态环境问题,提出了分抢救和治本两个阶段来解决问题这个问题,初期以抢救为重点。但是该流域生态环境十分脆弱,环境灾害经常发生,水资源开发利用和区域发展难以避免地对这生态环境形成非常大的影响。本文从多个方面介绍了该流域水资源和生态环境的相互关系与影响,并且提出了对应的对策和建议。 72782
