摘要随着社会的高速发展和互联网的高度普及，与民众切身利益息息相关的社会热点问题经互联网媒体报道，往往会引起网民激烈的反应，如不加以控制，极有可能引发社会负面情绪。因此，通过仿真研究网民的认知过程，解释影响网民认知行为的影响因素，得出政府采用何种措施能使网民负面情感比例下降至最低，显得尤为重要。认知图示是人们在认识某一事物时脑海中原有的一个解释框架，是人脑对信息客体的选择、整合和理解的方式。 ACT-R 模型是认知仿真模型，用于创建仿真环境，预测和仿真人的认知活动，例如知觉、注意、记忆、问题解决等。本文主要是基于 ACT-R 模型研究网络舆情演变过程中群体认知图式。构建基于 ACT-R 理论、分布式认知理论的网民群体认知图式模型，并结合实际案例，使用 NetLogo 平台进行仿真实验，揭示网民在该事件中为何会产生这些认知行为，验证基于 ACT-R 模型研究的网络舆情演变过程中群体认知图式模型，为政府在突发事件网络舆情决策时提供网民认知的预测，提高政府应急响应能力。75323

Title Research on group cognitive schema in the evolution of network public opinion based on ACT-R model

Abstract With the high-speed development of the society and the Internet is highly popular, and the vital interests of the people closely related to the social hot issues by the Internet media, often cause netizens intense reaction, if not controlled, with may lead to negative social emotions。 Therefore, through the simulation study of the cognitive process of Internet users, to explain the impact of cognitive behavior of Internet users, the impact of factors, it is concluded that the government measures to make users negative emotional ratio to the lowest, it is particularly important。 Cognitive schema is one of the original explanatory frameworks that people are in the mind of a certain thing, and it is the way of the human mind's choice, integration and understanding of information objects。 ACT-R model is a cognitive simulation model, which is used to create the simulation environment, predict and imitate the human cognitive activities, such as perception, attention, memory, problem solving, and so on。 This paper is based on the ACT-R model to study the process of the evolution of network public opinion。 Construction based on ACT-R theory, distributed cognition theory of groups of users cognitive schema model, combined with actual case, using NetLogo simulation experiment platform。 The results reveal the reason process of blog users’ behavior in crises, and validate the cognitive schema model based on ACT-R model for the study of the network of public opinion。 The achievements of this study can provide cognitive prediction for government in the network public opinion of emergency decision-making and improve the government emergency response capability。
