劳动关系作为社会发展建设过程中的重要组成部分，也是最重要和最基础的社会关系之 一。劳动关系是否和谐关乎广大劳动者的切身利益，也直接影响着企事业单位的经济效益。 集体谈判制度随着工人运动而逐渐产生、发展起来，其对改善劳动关系起到了一定的促进 作用，尤其对缓解劳动关系矛盾作用显著。然而，互联网的出现，劳动关系呈现出了多元 化的发展趋势。基于此，本文就互联网下的劳动关系与集体谈判能力进行了分析探讨，以 期具备一定的参考价值。
