摘要二十一世纪，人才无疑是最重要的资源，在这样的的背景下，当然需要一个行业能够将这些人力资源集中起来，所以猎头企业应运而生。半个世纪以来，猎头企业早已在西方国家成为了一个成熟的企业，而在我国，猎头行业随着我国改革开放的深入，随着我国经济发展的步伐，也逐渐开始发展。经过10多年的发展，我国国内猎头企业取得了很大的成就，但是也暴露出许多的问题，所以猎头企业在我国仍然属于朝阳企业。本文以我国猎头行业经营发展现状为基础，通过结合我国经济背景以及与国外猎头企业的对比，分析研究我国猎头企业所面临的环境，企业存在的问题以及优势，还有它的发展前景及趋势，从而做出总结与判断，继而为我国猎头企业的发展提供相应的对策和建议，更有效地促进我国猎头企业的发展。83280
