社会工作专业学生就业现状研究

摘要大学生就业问题日益成为一个十分重要和严峻的问题，甚至成为社会的不稳定因素之一。基于此，本文从社会工作专业的现状出发，总结了社会工作专业学生的就业现状及所面临的困境，并从制度结构、社会影响、大学生就业期望等方面深入分析其就业难的原因。针对这些原因，作者通过网络媒体、社会调研等方式进行了深入调查，并结合自身情况和学校就业情况提出了具体的解决方案。主要是在从政府政策倾向、高校教育培养、职业规划指导、大学生自身调整四个方面阐述了相关方案，并着重介绍了高校培养方面的举措。期望通过方案的实施来促进社会工作专业的发展，为社会培养越来越多优秀的社工人才，从而促进整个社会的进步。10722

Title   The Research of the Employment Situation With the   Social Profession Graduates
Abstract
With the growing popularity of higher education, more and more university graduates go into the society. College students employment has increasingly become a very important and serious problem for the increasing employment pressure, and even become one of the factors of social instability .Based on this,the author summarizes the employment status of social work students and the difficulties they face.And then analyse the reasons about the institutional structure, social impact, Graduate Employment expectations. With the ways of Internet media、social research、school conditions and own ,the author catch up with the suggestions from the perspective of gorvenment policy education, career planning guidance which is stressed, adjustment of the students themselves.It is expected that the social work profession would be developed rapidly and the graduate would have a better career future.

1 引言
