摘 要随着人民币加入SDR成为国际货币，我国跨国企业面临的不确定性加剧，为了帮助跨国企业锁定风险锁定利润，本文以可口可乐公司为案例，分析跨国企业如何利用期货市场开展套期保值业务。在介绍套期保值基本理论和概念的基础之上，本文将详细说明可口可乐行业基本情况、业务情况及其选择的具体套期保值策略，并据此分析可口可乐套期保值的有效性。然后总结可口可乐套期保值给我国企业带来的启示，并重点分析内部控制方面的启示。最后，展望未来我国企业借鉴可口可乐套期保值经验，能够实现运用衍生品管理风险、稳定经营等目地。90096
