摘    要 本研究采用观察法对小、中、大三个年龄班共84名幼儿在角色游戏中的同伴冲突行为进行了观察研究，研究结果表明幼儿发生同伴冲突与幼儿自身、家庭、幼儿园、社会因素密不可分。就同伴冲突的性别分布来看，同性别发生冲突的行为远远高于异性别冲突行为，男性冲突行为高于女性冲突行为。就同伴冲突的起因来看，主要由物品争夺引起。但随年龄增长，由物品材料引发的冲突逐渐减少，因角色分配、游戏规则、游戏意见等原因引起的冲突逐渐增多。就发生冲突的结束方式来看，主动结束逐渐多于被动结束。游戏中幼儿冲突行为解决策略从攻击性策略逐渐向协商策略转变，教师介入解决几率也呈递减的趋势。90106

In this study, we observed the peer conflict behavior of 84 children aged, middle and large in the role game, the results show that peer conflict occurs with children themselves, families, kindergartens, social factors are inseparable。 In the case of gender distribution of peer conflict, the behavior of conflict with gender is much higher than that of heterosexual conflict, and the behavior of male conflict is higher than that of female conflict。 In the case of the cause of the conflict, it is mainly caused by the competition of goods。 However, with the increase of age, the conflict caused by the material is gradually reduced, and the conflicts caused by the role assignment, the rules of the game, the game opinion and so on are gradually increasing。 In the case of the end of the conflict, the active end is gradually more than the passive end。 The game of child conflict behavior strategy from the offensive strategy gradually to the negotiation strategy change, the teacher involved in the probability of solving also showed a decreasing trend。
