摘    要 本文主要以我国垃圾分类回收和处理现状为基点，探讨垃圾分类回收与处理的相关模式。本文主要研究方向为：通过对德国、日本、新加坡三国各具特色的垃圾管理经验进行分析总结，深入考察和探究国外垃圾治理的运行机制，进而形成对我国未来垃圾管理方向的建议，同时通过调研对杭州的垃圾管理模式进行简要分析，提出一些可供参考的管理措施。我希望通过此文引起社会对垃圾管理的重视，明白垃圾管理是一门值得探讨，并且能有利于促进经济发展，完善环境友好型社会建设的基础性工程。 90127

The article is based on the siruation of the garbage collection and garbage disposal of China,and it discuss some pattern to solve the problem。The direction of the research is:summarize the managial experience of Germany,Japan and Singapore,then bring up some opinions about our country’s future management。Through investigation and study,I’d like to analy the management of Hangzhou,give some apice as well。I hope people can pay more attention to the garbage management,try to understand that it’s an important area which can develop economic and build an environmentally—friendly country。
