摘  要 义乌拉链是中国最大的拉链生产基地，也是义乌外贸出口额的重要组成部分。义乌拉链行业发展初期依靠低价竞争获取出口竞争优势，并在国际拉链出口中占有一定份额。但随着国际竞争的日益激烈，义乌拉链行业出口竞争力现状成为一个值得我们思考的话题。90419

本文先梳理了出口竞争力及拉链行业出口竞争力的理论基础和研究现状。从义乌拉链的出口规模，出口主要对象，出口价格，出口企业规模等方面分析了义乌拉链的出口现状。在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上，选取了合适的竞争力衡量指标对义乌拉链行业出口竞争力进行测度。

通过将义乌拉链和国内拉链出口大户（温州）相比较，定量比较分析义乌拉链行业出口竞争力，得出义乌拉链出口竞争力在国内的地位及竞争力现状。最后，参考波特钻石模型，基于企业策略结构视角，罗列出义乌拉链出口竞争力的关键因素，选取合适的变量，建立回归模型，确定拉链出口竞争力的影响因素。发现行业集中度对义乌出口竞争力有显著正效应，最后提出了行业集中度的提升策略来提高义乌拉链行业出口竞争力。

Abstract Yiwu zipper is not only the China's largest zipper production base, but also an important part of the Yiwu export volume。 Yiwu zipper industry used to depend on low-price competition to obtain export competitive advantage, and occupy a certain share in the international zipper exports。 But with the increasingly fierce international competition, how is the current situation of the export competitiveness of Yiwu zipper industry going has become a meaningful topic for us。

   We firstly review and sort the current research results of the export competitiveness and zipper industry export competitiveness at home and abroad。 We conduct a qualitative analysis of the current situation of Yiwu zipper industry from 4 aspects, export volume, export price, export object, major export enterprises。 And the on the basis of the previous research results, we select the appropriate competitiveness indicators to measure the export competitiveness of Yiwu zipper industry, namely MS, TC, RCA 。

    By comparing Yiwu zipper with domestic zipper major export province (Wenzhou province), trying to explain whether Yiwu zipper industry has export advantage。 Next, we base on the Porter diamond model, from the perspective of corporate strategy structure, inducing the probably key factors of export advantage of Yiwu zipper。 And we establish a regression model to empirical analysis the relevant factors of zipper export competitiveness。

   According to the result of the regression model, we found that the concentration of industry has a significant positive effect on Yiwu zipper export advantage。 Finally we put forward some suggestions about improving the Yiwu zipper industry export advantage by enhancing the concentration of the industry。
