摘 要
2013年，中国首先提出的“一带一路”的战略思想，使得中国与周边国家在贸易上有了很大的突破。其中北上的俄罗斯就是连接欧洲大陆的关键，“一带一路”也使得中国与俄罗斯的贸易进一步加深，双方都从中得益。通过近年来中俄双方的贸易情况的比较来看，“一带一路”对于双方的合作有着极大的推动作用。本文正是立足于中俄贸易双方在“一带一路”战略下贸易的融合改变，研究中俄贸易额的历年变化，进行前后的对比，深入分析“一带一路”对双方的促进作用，形成借鉴作用，并且研究中俄双方在贸易中还存在的一些问题，其中尤其是对中俄两国之间自贸区的建立问题进行相应的研究，以及提出相应的解决建议，对于今后中国与其他国家的合作发展具有借鉴意义。85341
Abstract
China put forward the The Belt and Road in 2013 to make itself have great breakthroughs with neighboring countries in trade。 Among those countries, Russia, which is north to China, is the key part to connect European continents。 So the The Belt and Road Strategy also makes further deepening trade between China and Russia, which the bilateral countries can both benefit a lot and present a win-win situation。 By comparing the trade between China and Russia in recent years, "The Belt and Road" plays a great role in propelling the coordination and cooperation between the two sides。This thesis is based on the integration and changes of the Sino-Russian trade under the background of "The Belt and Road" to study the alteration of Sino-Russian trade volume over the years。 Through the contrast before and after the proposal of the strategy, the author analyze the promotion of“The Belt and Road”to both countries in depth to form a reference。 In addition, the author also studies the issues that still existing in the trade between the two sides, especially the establishment of the Free Trade Area ( FTA), and suggests the corresponding solutions。It is believed that all above has a great reference significance to the future development of China and Russia and even, other countries, so that “The Belt and Road” Initiative can be better implemented and the bilateral relations can be further developed。
