摘 要 ： 20 世纪 90 年代中期以来，在信息技术、经济全球化以及市场竞争加剧的 共同推动下，现代物流在世界范围内蓬勃发展，目前已成为在全球具有巨大发展潜力和发 展空间的新兴服务产业之一。苏州，作为长三角洲重要的核心城市之一，全国首个贸易功 能区（工业园区），对接上海自贸区，其较高的经济发展水平促进了该地区第三方物流的 发展。本文首先阐述了苏州第三方物流发展现状，分析了苏州市第三方物流发展中存在的 问题。然后使用 SPSS 统计分析方法从货运量的角度对苏州第三方物流需求进行规模分析， 最后对苏州第三方物流的快速发展提出了一些可行性的对策建议。85707

Abstract：The modern logistics industry is the rapid development of global industry, with the change of modern enterprise production and management mode reform and external market conditions, the third party logistics form began to attract attention and show great interest in it。
Suzhou is one of the important center city in the Yangtze River Delta, the first national trade zones (Industrial Park), docking Shanghai FTA, the higher the level of economic development and promote the development of the area of the third party logistics。 First of all, this paper expounds the current situation of the development of the third party logistics in Suzhou, and analyzes the problems existing in the development of the third party logistics in Suzhou。 Then use the SPSS statistical analysis method to analyze the demand of the third party logistics in Suzhou from the perspective of freight volume, and finally put forward some feasible countermeasures for the rapid development of Suzhou's third party logistics。
