摘要：新世纪以来，随着时代和经济的发展，展馆已经成为搭建社会经济贸易和资源共享中人流、物资流、经济流互通的桥梁，如何更好服务于飞速发展中的中国会展经济，是一个经久不衰的课题。论文从展馆物业管理角度出发，简单分析展馆物业管理从哪些方面着重改善。所以，此次课题通过对参展商、参展观众以及有这个意愿去参加展会的人进行调研，分析在中国会展不断发展的背景下，还存在哪些问题阻碍了会展经济更加高质量地发展。最后在调研结果分析、深度访谈和理论实践依据的条件下，提出一些相关的对策建议，从而使展馆的展能不断提高，更好地服务于飞速发展中的中国会展经济。

Brief Probe into the Research on the Effect of Property management of exhibition hall to the development of exhibition economy

Abstract:  Since  the  new  century,with  the  development  of  the  times  and  economy, the exhibition hall has become a bridge to build social, economic and trade and resources sharing, material flow and economic flow. How to better serve the rapid development of China's exhibition economy is a long - lasting issue. From the perspective of property management, this paper briefly analyzes what aspects of property management of pavilions focus on improvement. So, through the investigation of the exhibitors, the participants and the people who have this desire to participate in the exhibition, this paper analyzes the problems that have hindered the higher quality of the exhibition economy in the context of the continuous development of China's exhibition and exhibition. Finally, based on the analysis of the research results and the theoretical and practical basis, some related countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, so that the exhibition hall can continuously improve.
