摘要造船业所需要的生产、建造周期比较长，建造一艘船舶通常需要投入大量的人力 财力物力。多用途船作为 60 年代以来各国争相发展的船型，同时也是目前水路运输 的主要船型之一，其货舱区结构复杂，建造过程中如果没有好的统筹规划将会造成资 源的巨大浪费，其生产设计的重要性也就不言而喻了。95110
船舶生产设计是对船舶的完整设计，能够预设船舶制造开始后的各个环节，有效 提高生产效率，深化生产设计是一个企业发展的必要手段，其作用不但在于可以统筹 造船的建造过程，还能预估建造所需的材料、场地以及时间，这对于船厂提高造船效 率以及降低成本都有着显著地作用。而本文就以 MPC30 多用途船货舱区舷侧 2113 分 段的生产设计为例进行一次较为完整的船舶生产设计。本次毕业设计包括了分段结构图、分段拼板图、分段吊马图、零件编码表及学术论文，详细介绍了分段生产设计过 程中的每个步骤，例如图纸绘制、零件编码、分段翻身及分段涂装等，同时也对多用 途船的相关背景及发展趋势做了一个简单的介绍。
本次使用 CAD 软件制作生产设计，并在论文后附录有打印图纸，所有船型参数 及生产设计图纸都是从详细设计图纸中得到。
