摘要微电子信息产业分为基础性和战略性产业2大类,它决定了国家的利益与安全,是国家强大的保证。而其中微电子封装设备中的核心技术就是机器视觉对准系统。本文主要介绍了视觉对准系统的硬件组成,还有视觉对准系统的原理与结构,阐述了视觉对准系统的创新与研发对于一个国家强大的重要性。76850
图像处理技术是视觉对准系统中的关键技术。本文主要介绍了带有十字架图像标志的对准,先通过预处理对图像进行除噪工作,接着对图像进行边缘检测,然后对图像进行hough变换来提取直线,根据直线间的特征来算出两图像间的偏差,最后通过两图像之间的偏差来驱动工作台完成对准,并做了大量的实验仿真来证明此方法的可行性。

Abstract Micro electronic information industry is pided into 2 categories of basic and strategic industries, which determines the interests and security of the country, is a powerful guarantee for the country。 One of the key technologies in micro electronic packaging equipment is machine vision alignment system。 This paper mainly introduces the hardware components of the vision alignment system, and the principle and structure of the vision alignment system, and expounds the importance of the innovation and the development of the vision alignment system for a country。
Image processing technology is the key technology in the vision alignment system。 Are introduced in this paper with a cross symbol image alignment, the first image preprocessing of the image to remove noise, then the image of edge detection, and the image of Hough change to the extraction of straight lines, according to the characteristics of linear to the deviation calculated between two images, finally by the deviation between the two images to drive the workbench to complete the alignment, and a large number of simulation experiments to prove the feasibility of this method。
