秸秆煤成型机除尘除铁装置设计

摘要秸秆煤成型机是一种将秸秆一次性加工成块状的秸秆煤，秸秆煤可代替薪柴、煤、天然气等能源进行燃烧，是我国新型的环保、清洁、可再生的能源燃料。除尘、除铁装置，通过由激振器组成的震动装置，利用惯性将尘土和金属颗粒从秸秆上分离。除尘是为了在燃烧过程中能够充分的燃烧，将秸秆的利用率达到最大，也避免尘土在燃烧时进入空气，对环境、人体有很大的伤害。除铁是为了在之后的扎切、粉碎、压块中，避免因金属而装置损害，影响使用寿命和加工效率。该装置同时解决除尘、除铁问题，为后续的工作提供良好的前提。76851
