摘要多用途船指的是具备多种用途功能的船舶。广义地说，凡是能装运两类及以上 货物的船舶都可称多用途船。不过，我们一般所说的多用途船是特指的多用途干货 船。
生产设计在船舶设计过程中是十分重要的一步，它是生产实际与图纸等文件的 相结合的一步。一份计划周全的生产设计可以大大减小生产工作的困难、缩短建造 的周期、提高工作的效率、节省成本，从而为船舶企业带来更多的利润。81958
本文主要介绍了造船业的背景，以及国内外研究现状，介绍了多用途船的特点， 以及在现代造船模式下，船舶的建造工艺、施工要领和精度控制等。并以船体底部 201 分段为具体实例，描述了整个分段的建造工艺以及建造过程。由基本结构图、 总布置图、分段划分图、中横剖面图和建造方针等图纸来给出施工要领，并且绘制 了分段结构图、零件编码表、拼板图、吊环吊马图，以及计算了分段重量重心。

Abstract Multi-purpose vessel is a ship with a variety of functions。 Broadly speaking, we regard those which can load two or more types of goods as multi-purpose vessels。 However, we usually refer multi-purpose vessel in particular to a multi-purpose dry cargo ship。
Production design is a very important step in the process of vessel design, it is a step on combination of actual production and other documents such as blueprints。 A comprehensive plan of production design can greatly reduce the difficulty of production, shorten the cycle of construction, improve the efficiency of work, and save costs, thus bring more profits to the shipping enterprises。
This paper mainly introduced the background of the shipbuilding industry, as well as the domestic and foreign research status, described the characteristics of the multi purpose vessel even the construction process, construction methods and precision control in the modern shipbuilding mode。 Next, put the 201 segment of hull bottom as the concrete example to describe the construction technology and process of the whole segment。 Then giving the construction essentials by the blueprints for which basic structure, general layout, piece wise graph partitioning, transverse profile and construction principles。 Mapping the sub structure diagram, parts code table, jointed board’s drawings, the hang ring and lifter’s drawing, and calculate the sectional center of gravity。
