摘要：随着竞争环境的转变和企业管理水平的提高，企业之间的竞争日益激烈，而物流成本的节约能给企业和社会带来巨大的效益，学术界和企业界的焦点由传统的竞争领域转向作为生产和消费环节桥梁的流通领域。物流被现代商业当作获取利润的新增长点，合理的物流成本成为了企业面对市场竞争时的一项重要战略优势。企业若想在竞争日趋疯狂的市场中不落伍，就需制定相应的物流费用控制对策。本文首先给出了现存与物流成本领域有关的理论，之后探讨了如何核算以及控制物流成本，接着又分析了公司的物流环节中所花费的成本，揭示了企业整个物流过程所存在的弊端和问题。最后，从运输成本与仓储成本两方面分别给出控制方案，合理规划运输路线，优化库存结构。85863
