摘要：随着国内经济的发展,我国中小企业已成为国民经济中一个重要组成部分,我国作为当今全球最大的发展中国家，如何促进中小企业的成长，关系到我国国民经济的健康发展。而现在会计作为一种重要的管理工作，已经和企业密不可分。它们促进市场竞争的同时，推动国民经济发展、完善我国市场机制、保持当今社会稳定、方便人民生活。本文以江苏博创建设有限公司为例，着重分析中小企业对国民经济发展的作用愈加明显的同时由于规模小，管理水平不高，人才缺乏等原因，使得其会计工作有许多不尽人意的地方，严重影响了我国中小企业的健康发展，并提出相关加强规范的建议。希望对能够促进中小企业的健康发展有所帮助。85902
