摘 要：非理性投资的含义是指投资者在作出投资行为时只看到表象而做出如“做庄”，“跟庄”等不理性的投资行为。这种缺乏理性的投资行为在中国的股市中更为严重以至于阻碍了中国股市发挥其应有的功能。因此，研究非理性因素在中国A股市场中有哪些影响及其重要。传统的有效市场的假说在股价一次又一次的异常过度波动中受到投资者们的质疑。人们开始从行为金融学理论出发，从投资者心理角度开始研究非理性因素对股价波动的影响。本文参考了行为金融学的理论框架和有效市场的假说，首先分析非理性在中国A股中的具体体现，再分析这些非理性出现的具体原因，最后为在中国A股中减少这种非理性投资提出意见。因此，股市投资者应该基于心理学研究的基础之上多加关注投资者可能会出现非理性心理对股市产生的影响，进而对股价的波动有着更深一步的理解，从而在今后的股市中进行合理投资，以减少因非理性投资而产生经济上的损失。92326

Abstract：The definition of irrational investment is the investor fall into temptation to choose the irrational investment like manipulation。 In Chinese equity market , irrational investment is serious enough to hinder the equity market ‘s own function。 Thus, it is significant to study the influence of irrational element on Chinese equity market。 When the share price fluctuation excess frequently, investors start to suspect the traditional Efficient Market Issues。 People begin to study the influence of irrational index on the share price fluctuation。 Firstly, this paper analysis the result of the irrational index influencing on the Chinese equity market 。secondly, this paper analysis the reason of the appearance of the irrational index of the Chinese equity market。 Last but not least, the paper give the suggestion to reduce the phenomenon of irrational investment。 Thus, investor should pay close attention on the impact of the irrational index on share market ， have the deeper understand of the share price fluctuation and invest rationally to avoid the loss of own fortune from now on。源F于K优B尔C论V文N网WwW.youeRw.com 原文+QQ752^018766
