摘要：随着我国市场经济的不断发展，企业业绩评价对企业管理和决策起到重要作用。作为微观经济体系中的核心问题之一，绩效评价多样化和层次性的特点尤为明显。如何在现有的基础上建立一个合理的、完善的业绩评价体系已成为许多企业管理者和研究学者研究和讨论的热点课题之一。对于企业内部管理业绩评价的研究，有助于推动企业业绩评价理论的发展，也为企业管理者指定体系提供有利的理论参考依据，具有重要的现实意义和价值。本文以业绩评价基本理论为基础，重点对企业内部管理业绩评价问题做了系统论述，结合江苏稳润光电有限公司为例，分析企业业绩评价系统的不足，并根据分析结果为业绩评价体系的未来发展方向提出合理建议。94488

Abstract:With the continuous development of market economy in China, enterprise performance evaluation plays an important role in enterprise management and decision making。 As one of the core problems in the micro economic system, the performance evaluation is characterized by persity and hierarchy。 w to establish a reasonable and perfect performance evaluation system on the basis of the existing has become one of the hot topics in the research and discussion by many enterprise managers and researchers。  Study on the evaluation for the performance of the enterprise internal management can help to promote the development of enterprise performance evaluation development theory and provide favorable theoretical basis for enterprise managers to specify system, which has important practical significance and value。 this paper systematically focus on the performance assessment of enterprise internal management issues based on the basic theory of performance evaluation。Based on actual conditions of photo-electricity company, this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions for the future development of performance evaluation system。
