哈佛分析框架中国重工战略财务分析

摘要：财务分析在财务报表等资料的基础上，通过一些分析方法和技术，对企业经营状况、财务状况进行分析，以帮助决策者正确进行经济决策的过程。本文选取中国重工为代表，以中国重工2011-2015年财务报表数据为基础，利用哈佛分析框架模型，加之以传统的财务报表分析方法，对中国重工所处的战略环境、财务状况及经营成果、行业前景及所面临的风险进行了综合的分析。并在此基础上，针对分析所反映出的问题提出自己的意见和建议。希望通过本文的分析，可以为报表使用者了解中国重工的基本财务情况提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Strategic Financial Analysis of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation

Abstract：Financial analysis is based on the financial statements and other data, the use of certain analytical methods and techniques to analyze operating conditions and financial status of the enterprise, in order to help decision-makers make the process of economic decision-making.This paper selects China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation as the representative ,which based on the financial statements datas of 2011--2015; meanwhile,we use Harvard’s Framework model and traditional financial statement analysis method to evaluate China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, which can be concluded as follows: firstly, assess the strategic environment that China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation faces;secondly, analyze the profitability, operating capability, solvency and capacity development of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation and compare with other companies in the same industry; thirdly, analyze the industry outlook and risks faced by China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation .And on this basis, put forward my views and suggestions for the problems it reflected.Through the analysis of this paper, I hope that it can provide a reference for users of financial statements to understand the basic financial situation of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation.
