摘 要随着时代的发展和汽车的普及,人们的日常生活已经离不开汽车这个代步工具 了。因此人们对于汽车的操纵稳定性,行驶平稳性和安全性等性能也提出了愈来愈高 的要求。汽车悬架系统是汽车最重要总成之一,因为悬架系统性能的好坏对于汽车的 安全性、操纵稳定性和行驶平稳性等都有着直接的影响。所以设计好一个性能优秀的 悬架系统对于汽车来说非常重要。悬架越好的汽车,它的整体性能就越出色。84915

本文基于 ADAMS 软件的 ADAMS/Car 子模块,利用该型悬架的各硬点坐标建立 麦弗逊式独立前悬架的虚拟样机模型,然后进行车轮同向上下跳动的仿真实验,对悬 架定位参数进行仿真分析,经过后处理得到仿真特性曲线。最后依据特性曲线图分析 四个定位参数的变化和对悬架性能的影响。

随后利用 ADAMS/Insight 子模块基于悬架硬点坐标进行 128 次的组合试验。针 对悬架定位参数进行灵敏度的分析,找出对每个参数影响较大的硬点坐标,并对其进 行优化。优化硬点坐标后,对悬架再次进行仿真分析,并与优化前的特性曲线图进行 对比,检验是否达到了优化目的,符合设计要求。

Abstract With the development of the times and the popularity of the car, people have already can do nothing without the automobile transport in daily life。 Therefore, people are also put forward more and more high requirements on the vehicle handling stability, ride comfort and safety。 Automotive suspension system is one of the most important automobile assembly, because the performance of the suspension system has a direct impact on the safety of the vehicle, handling stability and ride stability and so on。So it is very important to design a good performance of the suspension system for the car。 The better the suspension of the car, its overall performance is more excellent。

This paper based on ADAMS/Car,the sub module of ADAMS software , establish

McPherson independent front suspension virtual prototype model by using the suspension of all the hard point coordinates。Then the simulation experiment is carried out with the wheel up and down, and obtain the simulation characteristic curve after the post process。Finally analysis the variation of the four positioning parameters and the influence on the performance of the suspension based on the characteristic curve chart。

Then the ADAMS/Insight sub module is used to carry out the combination test of 128 times based on the hard point coordinates of the suspension。According to the sensitivity analysis of suspension positioning parameters, find out the hard point coordinates of each parameter, and to optimize the parameters。 After optimizing the hard point coordinates, the suspension is simulated again, and compared with the characteristic curve of the optimization, to verify whether the optimization is achieved and meet the design requirements。
