摘要:现如今的社会,生产力的水屏不断提高,现代工厂对于可以达到高水平、高效率加工机床的需求越来越迫切。普通机床的生产力已经完全无法满足工厂的生产需要。与此同时,专用机床逐渐走进人们的视线。板框零件专用机床是一种专门针对板框零件加工的机床,它能有效的提高生产效率,把人从简单繁重的工作中解放出来。解放劳动力,减少企业雇佣劳动力的资金,增加企业收益。 本文完成了板框零件专用机床的设计。主要包括;专用机床、专用夹具和输送装置的设计。首先,分析板框零件的加工工艺,再结合板框零件的加工工艺设计专用的机床和夹具,来提高其生产效率。具体要根据毛坯材料确定工艺参数、选择刀具、切屑用量,计算切削力,切削转矩和切削功率,通过一系列计算,来确定主轴、电机、丝杠选型,导向结构等其他结构。通过对这些部件各个功能分解设计,然后再将这些各个部件组合起来从而达成板框零件专用机床的设计。然后再完成三维模型的建造以及二维图的绘制。 关键词:专用夹具;板框零件;专用机床;三维造型 Abstract:Today's society, the productivity of the water screen continues to improve, the modern factory for high level and high efficiency of processing machine tool demand is more and more urgent. The productivity of general machine tools has been completely beyond the factory's production needs. At the same time, special machine tools gradually come into view. Special machine tool for plate and frame is a kind of machine tool specially designed for plate and frame parts. It can effectively improve production efficiency and liberate people from simple and heavy work. Emancipate the labor force, reduce the amount of funds employed by enterprises to employ labor, and increase the profits of enterprises. The design of special machine tool for plate and frame parts is completed in this paper. It mainly includes the design of special machine tools, special clamps and conveying devices. Firstly, the processing technology of plate and frame parts is analyzed, and then the production efficiency is improved by combining the processing technology of plate and frame parts, designing special machine tools and clamps. According to the specific parameters of blank material, tool selection, cutting dosage, the calculation of cutting force, cutting torque and cutting power, through a series of calculation to determine the spindle, motor, screw selection, guide structure and other structures. Through the design and decomposition of each function of these components, and then combine these parts, thus achieving the design of special machine tools for plate and frame parts. Then, the 3D model is built and the 2D image is drawn.
